The Springfield Armory Hellion Under Carry-handle ModButton™ (UCM) allows the use of Modlite ModButton™ without taking up rail, or M-Lok® slots. This can be used with the single and dual-lead ModButton™.
It simply pulls open and wraps around the front pillar of the carrying handle. Included is a 18-8 Stainless Steel Black-oxide M3 Bolt and the accompanying Nylon Insert Lock-nut.

After a month of use ive had no problems. This button mount is a perfect upgrade for the rifle, and beats my previous attempt to mount light switches. Eversince i got a VHS-2 was hoping someone would release a product just like this.
Mounts great; I was a little unsure at first but once the tape switch is added it’s quite solid! Worthwhile upgrade and likely the best way to mount a tape switch to a VHS.
Excellent use of empty space, puts the button in a really clever spot and it’s fairly intuitive to use! Way better than on the sides, little bit of flex and I wonder a touch at the durability if it gets jostled around but I’ll just have to see. Overall fantastic solution to mounting a light switch on this thing, definitely worth a try and the modbutton is a great switch as well.
